MVD Authorized Third Party Provider (ATP)

An Authorized Third Party (ATP) provides an alternative means of receiving services that are transacted in MVD field offices. The Arizona Department of Transportation, Motor Vehicle Division (ADOT/MVD) monitors the performance of ATP offices and determines if minimum eligibility requirements are met. (23)
